Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 23, 2026
About This Policy
Fioramere is operated by Fioramere LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate fioramere.com and are responsible for the personal information we process as described in this Privacy Policy.
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you browse our women’s clothing store, create an account, place an order, contact us, request delivery assistance or an after-sales resolution, submit a review, or subscribe to marketing emails. It also explains your privacy choices and how to exercise applicable rights.
Browsing our website or buying a product does not, by itself, mean that you consent to optional analytics, advertising, or marketing. Please also read our Cookie Policy for details about cookies and privacy preferences.
1. Personal Information We Collect
Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address, account credentials, saved addresses, order history, and any profile information or preferences you choose to provide. An account is optional; you can place an order as a guest.
Order information. When you place an order, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, products and quantities ordered, selected sizes and colors, order number and value, shipping method, and other information needed to complete the purchase.
Customer service information. If you contact us, we collect your contact details, order number, messages, correspondence, and information relevant to your question or problem.
Return, exchange, and refund information. We collect the affected order and item details, the reason for your request, your preferred resolution, correspondence, and supporting information reasonably needed to resolve the matter. Photographs or videos are not required for an ordinary change-of-mind, size, color, or style return. For a product or delivery problem, we request only information reasonably needed to understand and resolve it.
Marketing preferences. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we record your email address, subscription source and time, consent record, and unsubscribe status. Giving us an email address at checkout does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails.
Reviews. If you submit a review, we collect its text, rating, display information, and any photograph you choose to include.
Tracking requests. When you request tracking or delivery help, we process the order number, shipment identifier, and information needed to locate the order.
Information needed to process payment, identify and contact you, fulfill the order, and deliver the goods is necessary to complete a purchase. Without it, we may be unable to provide the affected service.
2. Payment Information
Payment authorization and processing are handled by payment service providers. We receive limited transaction information needed to confirm payment, manage orders and refunds, conduct security checks, and respond to payment disputes. Depending on the payment service, this may include payment status, transaction identifiers, payment method type, card brand, and the last four digits of a card.
We do not store full card numbers, CVV/CVC security codes, or full financial account credentials. Please do not send card numbers, security codes, banking credentials, passwords, or other unnecessary financial information through email, contact forms, reviews, or customer service messages.
3. Information Collected Automatically
We collect technical information needed to operate and protect fioramere.com. Subject to your relevant privacy choices, we may also collect information for optional analytics and advertising. Depending on the interaction, this can include IP address, approximate location inferred from the IP address, browser and device details, operating system, language settings, pages viewed, access times, referring pages, on-site searches, clicks, cart and checkout activity, and cookie or advertising identifiers.
We do not actively collect precise GPS location. We do not use session-replay, heatmap, or device-fingerprinting tools as described in this policy.
4. Delivery Recipients
If you arrange delivery to another person, we use the recipient’s name, address, contact details, and delivery instructions as needed to fulfill, transport, track, and support the order. Please provide only information needed for delivery and inform the recipient that you have shared it with us.
5. Information From Service Providers
Providers supporting orders and customer service may send us payment confirmations, refund status, tracking and delivery updates, transaction-security information, and information needed to investigate a fulfillment or delivery problem. We do not purchase customer contact lists.
6. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to operate fioramere.com and its cart, checkout, and customer accounts; process payments and orders; prepare clothing for shipment; arrange delivery through DHL and FedEx; provide tracking and customer support; handle cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds; resolve complaints; maintain accounting and transaction records; protect accounts and prevent fraud; publish and moderate reviews; record privacy choices; and meet legal requirements.
With the relevant consent, we also use information to send subscribed marketing emails and measure website or advertising performance. Optional marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where European data-protection law applies, our legal bases depend on the purpose:
- Performance of a contract:processing a purchase, payment, delivery, tracking request, account you request, and contractual after-sales service.
- Legal obligation:maintaining records and meeting applicable tax, accounting, or binding legal requirements.
- Legitimate interests:protecting the website and accounts, preventing fraud, answering inquiries outside a contract, moderating reviews, resolving disputes, and establishing or defending legal claims, subject to your rights.
- Consent:optional analytics, advertising technologies, promotional email subscriptions, and other activities for which consent is required.
You may withdraw consent for future consent-based processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed beforehand.
8. Cookies and Privacy Preferences
We use necessary cookies and similar technologies for website sessions, carts, checkout, security, and remembering privacy choices. Optional technologies may support functionality, analytics, performance measurement, and advertising.
Our CookieYes preference tool allows you to accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookie categories and change your choices later. Non-essential cookies and tracking remain disabled until you provide the relevant consent. Closing the banner, ignoring it, scrolling, or continuing to browse is not consent.
You can reopen cookie settings and withdraw consent at any time. This stops subsequent consent-based collection through the affected technology, although it does not automatically erase information previously collected. You may request deletion where applicable.
We remember your cookie preference for 180 days, after which we request your choices again. We also request fresh consent before starting a new consent-based purpose outside your previous choices. Our Cookie Policy provides further details.
9. Advertising and Analytics
Subject to your relevant consent, we use Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance and support advertising functions. These tools may process IP address, browser and device information, online and cookie identifiers, referral information, page and product views, cart and checkout events, purchase events, product information, transaction value, and currency.
We use this information to measure conversions, understand campaign performance, and manage audiences based on permitted website activity. We do not upload customer email addresses or telephone numbers for advertising customer-list matching. We do not use enhanced conversions, advanced matching, or server-side advertising conversion integrations as described in this policy.
Advertising cookies and browser-based advertising events require the relevant consent. You can reject or withdraw that consent in cookie settings. Advertising platforms may also process information under their own privacy notices and may have independent responsibilities for that processing.
10. Marketing Emails
We send promotional emails to people who choose to subscribe. These may include product information, store updates, offers, and information about a newsletter subscription benefit. Checkout alone does not enroll you. A message encouraging completion of an abandoned purchase is treated as marketing and follows the applicable marketing permissions.
You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting info@fioramere.com. We stop future promotional sends after your request is received and applied, although a message already transmitted may still arrive. We retain the minimum information needed to honor your unsubscribe choice.
Unsubscribing does not stop necessary messages about existing orders, payment, shipping, tracking, delivery, cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, security, or customer service. We do not send promotional SMS messages.
11. Who Receives Personal Information
We disclose information as needed to operate the store and provide the services described in this policy:
- Hosting and technical providers:WordPress and Hostinger support website operation, hosting, maintenance, and security. Relevant information may include account and order records, form submissions, and technical logs.
- Payment and transaction-security providers:They receive information needed for authorization, refunds, authentication, fraud prevention, and payment disputes.
- Fulfillment partners:We use our own United States inventory operations and third-party fulfillment warehouses in the United States. They receive the recipient, item, quantity, and instruction details needed to prepare and dispatch an order. We do not authorize them to use delivery details for unrelated marketing.
- Carriers:DHL and FedEx receive information needed for transportation, tracking, customs processing where relevant, delivery, and delivery support.
- Email service providers:They process addresses, messages, and communication preferences for transactional messages, support, and permission-based marketing.
- Cookie and advertising providers:CookieYes helps manage preferences and consent records. Advertising providers receive relevant identifiers and events only as described in Sections 8 and 9.
- Professional advisers and authorities:Relevant information may be shared where needed for accounting, legal advice, compliance, investigations, legal claims, or binding requests.
Providers acting on our behalf are subject to appropriate instructions and contractual obligations. Some providers, including payment services, carriers, and advertising platforms, may independently control certain information under their own privacy notices.
12. Advertising Sharing and Opt-Out Choices
We do not sell or rent customer contact lists for money. However, disclosure of online identifiers and website activity to advertising platforms may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under an applicable privacy law even when no money is exchanged.
You can reject advertising cookies through cookie settings. You may also email info@fioramere.com to object to applicable advertising processing or ask about information previously collected. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of children under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising.
13. International Processing and Transfers
We operate in the United States. Providers supporting hosting, communications, payments, fulfillment, delivery, tracking, advertising, and technical services may process information in the United States or other locations. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those where you live.
Where European data-transfer restrictions apply, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as a relevant adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, including approved standard contractual clauses where applicable. The mechanism depends on the recipient and transfer. We do not treat your use of fioramere.com or general acceptance of this policy as authorization for a restricted international transfer.
Contact info@fioramere.com to ask about relevant recipients, processing locations, and safeguards, subject to appropriate protection of confidential information.
14. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the stated purpose or an applicable legal obligation. Our retention schedule is:
- Account information:while the account is active. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized within 30 days after an effective closure or deletion request, unless retention remains necessary.
- U.S. order, invoice, and transaction records:7 years.
- European order, invoice, and transaction records needed for accounting or tax:up to 10 years.
- Fraud and security investigation records:up to 3 years after resolution, unless an unresolved claim or obligation requires longer.
- Customer service records:3 years after the matter closes.
- Return, exchange, and refund supporting records:3 years after resolution, subject to unresolved claims or legal obligations.
- Marketing subscription records:during the subscription; necessary consent evidence for up to 3 years after withdrawal.
- Unsubscribe records:as long as necessary to prevent unwanted marketing through the relevant program.
- Identifiable analytics information under our control:no longer than 13 months.
- Cookie preferences:180 days.
- Reviews and uploaded content:while published. Following an effective deletion request, content is removed from normal-use systems within 30 days unless continued retention is justified.
- Backups:on a rolling basis for up to 90 days.
Keeping an invoice or transaction record does not mean keeping every related message or other personal detail for the same period. We delete or anonymize information earlier when it is no longer needed. Information relevant to an unresolved dispute, investigation, or legal hold may be kept for that purpose. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups until those backups expire; backup restoration does not restart discontinued marketing. Independent providers apply their own retention periods to information they control.
15. Security
We use safeguards including HTTPS, encryption, access restrictions, access logging, appropriate account controls, and procedures for website and transaction security. Access to personal information is limited to what is needed to operate the store and provide services.
We maintain procedures to investigate suspected security incidents, limit their impact, and make notifications required by law. No transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong account password and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through email or contact forms. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact info@fioramere.com.
16. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to request information about our practices; access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of qualifying information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; challenge certain automated decisions; appeal a privacy decision; or complain to a competent regulator.
These rights have applicable requirements and exceptions. For example, deleting an account does not require deletion of transaction records that must be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or an unresolved claim. If we cannot fulfill all or part of a request, we will explain why. We do not discriminate against customers for exercising applicable privacy rights.
European requests. For requests governed by the GDPR, we respond without undue delay and generally within one month. If the complexity or number of requests permits an extension, we will explain it within the initial month; the extension may be up to two additional months. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority.
U.S. requests. State privacy rights and response periods depend on the applicable state law and processing involved. We respond within the applicable statutory period and explain any permitted extension or refusal. To appeal a decision where an appeal right applies, reply to our response or email info@fioramere.com with the original request, the decision, and your reason for seeking reconsideration.
17. How to Submit a Privacy Request
Email info@fioramere.com with a description of your request, the email address associated with the relevant account or order, and enough information to identify the records. Account holders may also update available details by signing in.
For access or deletion requests, we may reasonably verify the associated email, order, or account information. We do not require unnecessary identity verification for an advertising opt-out, and we will not ask for a full card number, CVV/CVC code, or full financial credentials to verify a privacy request.
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. Where needed, we may ask for reasonable proof of authorization. We communicate relevant changes to providers processing information on our behalf; when a provider independently controls the information, we will explain the appropriate request channel and how we can assist.
18. Reviews and Customer Content
Reviews and photographs submitted for publication may be visible to visitors to fioramere.com. Please do not include addresses, payment information, credentials, private correspondence, or other unnecessary personal details.
We may moderate submissions for spam, fraud, unlawful content, or material unrelated to the shopping experience. Submitting a review does not automatically give us permission to use an identifiable photograph, testimonial, or review in paid advertising. We seek separate permission for that use. Contact info@fioramere.com to request removal or withdraw permission for future advertising use.
19. Children’s Privacy
Our women’s clothing store is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or routinely request birth dates or identity documents solely to verify age.
If we learn that a child’s information was collected without authorization required by law, we will investigate and delete it or take another appropriate action. A parent or guardian may contact info@fioramere.com about a child’s information.
20. Automated Processing
Advertising services may use permitted website activity to measure conversions, group interests, and support advertising selection. Payment and security providers may supply information used in transaction-risk reviews.
We do not make our own final decision to reject an order or restrict an account solely through automated processing; relevant decisions receive human review. Contact info@fioramere.com to request reconsideration of a decision affecting your order or account. Independent providers operate their own systems under their respective privacy notices.
21. External Services
Our website may include integrations with or references to external services. When another provider independently collects or processes your information, its privacy notice applies to that activity. Our Cookie Policy contains additional information about the cookie-consent and browser technologies used on our website.
22. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers, technologies, processing purposes, practices, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
For material changes affecting personal information, we will provide an appropriate website notice or email notification. If a new purpose requires consent, we will request it before beginning that processing. Publishing a revised policy does not, by itself, provide consent to a new consent-based activity.
