About These Promotional Terms
Fioramere is operated by Fioramere LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Promotional Terms apply to purchases made directly through fioramere.com. Our current promotional benefits are:
- 15% offeligible merchandise when the qualifying merchandise subtotal is over USD $150.00;
- 20% offeligible merchandise when the qualifying merchandise subtotal is over USD $230.00;
- 10% offthe next eligible order placed after subscribing to our newsletter;
- Free Standard Shippingwhen the after-discount merchandise subtotal is USD $120.00 or more for an eligible U.S. order or USD $200.00 or more for an order to a supported European destination.
The 15% and 20% discounts are alternative tiers. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, only one merchandise discount applies to an order. Free Standard Shipping may be combined with a merchandise discount when the subtotal after that discount meets the applicable shipping threshold.
1. 15% Off Orders Over $150
An order with a qualifying merchandise subtotal greater than USD $150.00 may receive 15% off eligible merchandise.
The threshold must be reached in a single order. Separate orders cannot be combined. Shipping, taxes, VAT, duties, customs charges, gift cards, and other non-merchandise amounts do not count.
An order totaling exactly USD $150.00 does not qualify for this tier. If the qualifying subtotal is over USD $230.00, the 20% tier applies instead. The two percentages are not added together.
2. 20% Off Orders Over $230
An order with a qualifying merchandise subtotal greater than USD $230.00 may receive 20% off eligible merchandise.
The threshold must be reached in a single order and excludes the non-merchandise amounts listed above. An order totaling exactly USD $230.00 does not qualify for the 20% tier, although it may qualify for the 15% tier.
The 20% discount replaces the 15% discount. An eligible order does not receive a combined 35% discount.
3. Newsletter Subscription: 10% Off
When you subscribe to our newsletter, you can receive 10% off your next eligible order placed after subscribing. The benefit applies once to the first qualifying order associated with your eligible subscription.
You do not need to be a first-time customer. Customers who have previously purchased from us may also receive this benefit when they make an eligible newsletter subscription.
An order completed before the subscription is successfully submitted does not qualify. If a promotional code is provided, it must be entered and successfully applied before checkout is completed. We generally cannot add an unapplied discount after an order has been submitted.
The discount applies to eligible merchandise only. It does not reduce shipping, taxes, VAT, duties, customs or carrier charges, gift cards, or other non-merchandise amounts. The benefit has no separate cash value and does not become a recurring discount.
4. Eligible Merchandise and Product Availability
Unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise, merchandise available for purchase through fioramere.com can qualify for the applicable merchandise promotion. Eligibility and price are determined when checkout is completed.
Adding an item to a cart does not reserve its inventory or promotional price. A promotion does not guarantee that a particular item, size, color, style, or quantity will remain available.
All merchandise available for purchase counts toward the Free Standard Shipping threshold after applicable merchandise discounts. We do not exclude a product category from that shipping threshold.
5. Combining Merchandise Discounts
Unless a specific offer expressly allows it, only one merchandise discount may apply to an order:
- The 15% and 20% spending tiers cannot be combined.
- The newsletter 10% discount cannot be combined with either spending tier.
- Multiple percentage discounts or promotional codes cannot be stacked.
If more than one merchandise promotion could apply, the eligible discount shown and confirmed at checkout applies to that order. Free Standard Shipping remains a separate benefit and can apply alongside the selected merchandise discount if the resulting subtotal meets its threshold.
6. How Promotional Thresholds Are Calculated
The 15% and 20% spending tiers are determined using the qualifying merchandise subtotal at checkout before applying the selected percentage discount. Prices already shown for individual items at checkout form the basis of that subtotal.
Free Standard Shipping is determined using the qualifying merchandise subtotal after all applicable merchandise discounts have been applied.
Shipping, taxes, VAT, import duties, customs and brokerage charges, gift cards, and other non-merchandise amounts do not count toward these thresholds. Separate orders cannot be combined.
7. Free Standard Shipping
The following after-discount merchandise subtotals qualify:

An order exactly at the applicable threshold qualifies. Free Standard Shipping applies only to supported destinations and the standard service described in our Shipping Policy. It does not cover import duties, import VAT not collected at checkout, customs clearance, or carrier import-handling charges.
A percentage discount can bring an order below the free-shipping threshold even when its subtotal qualified before the discount. The resulting Standard Shipping charge, if any, is shown before payment.
8. Standard and Expedited Shipping
Standard Shipping normally costs USD $3.00 per order when the order does not qualify for Free Standard Shipping.
Expedited Shipping costs USD $7.99 per order where available. If you select it, the USD $7.99 charge replaces the Standard Shipping option; it is not added to the USD $3.00 Standard Shipping charge. Qualifying for Free Standard Shipping does not waive the Expedited Shipping charge.

9. Examples of Discounts and Free Shipping
A qualifying U.S. order with a merchandise subtotal of USD $160.00 exceeds the USD $150.00 spending threshold. A 15% discount reduces its merchandise subtotal to USD $136.00, so it also qualifies for Free Standard Shipping.
A qualifying European order with a merchandise subtotal of USD $240.00 exceeds the USD $230.00 spending threshold. A 20% discount reduces its merchandise subtotal to USD $192.00. It receives the 20% merchandise discount but does not meet the USD $200.00 Free Standard Shipping threshold.
A qualifying European order with a merchandise subtotal of USD $250.00 receives 20% off, leaving USD $200.00. Because this equals the European threshold, it qualifies for Free Standard Shipping.
These examples assume all merchandise in the order is eligible for the stated discount.
10. Promotional Codes
Where a promotional code is required, please enter and apply it before completing checkout. A code may not apply if it has expired, reached its redemption limit, already been used, does not match the order’s eligibility, or conflicts with another merchandise discount.
If a code you believe is eligible does not work, contact info@fioramere.com before completing your order. We generally cannot apply an unapplied code retroactively after checkout.
11. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Orders
Promotional purchases follow the same applicable return rules as other purchases, including our voluntary 30-calendar-day return request period. A discount alone does not make an eligible item non-returnable.
A refund for a returned item is based on the amount actually paid for it after its applicable discount. Where an order-level discount covers multiple items, we use the discount allocation from the original order to determine the refunded amount. A promotional saving has no separate refundable cash value.

12. Partial Returns
For a partial return, we refund the amount actually paid for the returned items after their allocated discount. We do not retroactively reprice the items you keep or reduce the return refund by recalculating the original 15% or 20% tier against the remaining items.
If the original order received Free Standard Shipping and a partial return brings the value of the retained items below the applicable shipping threshold, we do not charge or deduct the original USD $3.00 Standard Shipping fee.
Return postage is handled according to the reason for the return under our Return & Exchange Policy.
13. Cancellations and Order Changes
Contact info@fioramere.com promptly if you wish to cancel or change an order. A request made within 12 hours has a better chance of stopping fulfillment, but cancellation during that period is not guaranteed.
A successfully canceled item is refunded at the amount actually paid for it after its allocated discount. If the entire order is canceled before dispatch, any delivery charge paid to us for that order is also refunded.
A partial cancellation of an already confirmed order does not cause us to add or deduct a Standard Shipping charge solely because the remaining subtotal falls below the free-shipping threshold. We do not retroactively reprice retained items under a lower spending tier after confirmation.
A later replacement or new order uses the prices, inventory, shipping options, and promotions applicable when that new order is placed. Cancellation does not automatically restore a newsletter discount that was already used. If we cancel an order because we cannot fulfill it, contact us about the benefit used; we will review the circumstances and explain the available resolution.
14. Taxes, VAT, Duties, and Import Charges
A merchandise discount reduces the applicable merchandise price. It does not independently eliminate sales tax, VAT, import duties, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, or carrier import-handling charges.
Applicable taxes collected by us are shown in the checkout or order details. European orders ship from the United States. Import amounts not collected at checkout may be payable directly to the relevant authority or carrier, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
15. Currency
The thresholds, charges, and examples in these terms are stated in U.S. dollars. If fioramere.com displays another supported currency, exchange rates and rounding may cause differences in displayed converted amounts.
The final price and currency confirmed at checkout are the transaction values for the order. Displaying another currency does not change the underlying promotional thresholds.
16. Fair Use
The newsletter discount is intended as a one-time benefit associated with an eligible subscription. Please do not deliberately create multiple email addresses, subscriptions, accounts, identities, or transactions solely to obtain the same benefit repeatedly.
Manipulating checkout or knowingly exploiting an obvious technical error may also be treated as misuse. A previous legitimate purchase does not make a customer ineligible for the newsletter offer.
If clear misuse or fraud is identified before fulfillment, we may remove an invalid benefit or cancel the affected transaction. If payment was collected and the order is canceled, the applicable refund follows our Refund Policy. Normal household purchases, ordinary returns, and proper use of an offer are not misuse.
17. Obvious Pricing or Technical Errors
If an obvious pricing, discount, threshold, or checkout calculation error materially affects an order, we will review it and contact you before fulfillment. We will explain the correct terms and offer you the choice to continue on those terms or cancel the affected order or item.
We will not automatically collect an increased amount without your agreement. If the order or item is canceled, we refund the applicable payment to the original payment method. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
18. Promotion Availability and Changes
Unless a specific end date is stated, an offer may run for a limited or unspecified period. We may change or end an offer, but a later change will not retroactively remove a valid benefit already confirmed on a successfully completed eligible order.
A specific condition clearly presented with an offer forms part of that offer, provided it does not reduce mandatory consumer rights or contradict a confirmed order’s terms.
19. Consumer Rights and Other Policies
Promotional purchases retain applicable rights concerning defective, incorrect, damaged, or materially misdescribed goods, as well as applicable statutory withdrawal rights.
Our Shipping Policy governs delivery coverage and charges. Our Return & Exchange Policy governs returns and exchanges. Our Refund Policy governs refund calculations and timing. Our Cancellation Policy governs requests to stop an order. Where one of those policies provides a more specific procedure, that procedure applies without reducing a mandatory consumer right.
